Many capable, thoughtful people find themselves repeating patterns they never consciously chose.
You’re just running an outdated programme
I work in a calm, insight-led way with the subconscious, helping outdated patterns update when they no longer fit.
Those responses were filed away for future use — but sometimes get pulled out for situations that aren’t really the same.
Automatic behaviours, emotional reactions and physical responses can then keep running when they no longer need to.
Subconscious-led change work · Calm, insight-led sessions · Hypnotherapy used when it makes sense.
You won’t be rushed or pushed
Most people I work with are thoughtful, capable people yet something keeps happening automatically despite their best efforts.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do. It’s to listen carefully, understand what your system is doing, and help the right part of you update at a pace that feels manageable.
How this works
Automatic patterns aren’t habits you chose.
They’re responses created by the subconscious mind to deal with something earlier on.
They made sense once.
They just haven’t been updated yet.
Using non-trance hypnotherapy and subconscious mind coaching, we work directly with the part of you that’s still running the old
instruction so it can stand down naturally, without force.
Trance option (quiet reassurance)
I mainly work using non-trance hypnotherapy, which allows you to stay fully aware and involved.
Trance hypnotherapy can also be used if that’s something you prefer, or if we both feel it would be helpful.
Either way, your subconscious mind will only change if it agrees the update is right for you.
Working with me
I work calmly and in partnership.
You stay fully present, involved and in control throughout.
There’s no pressure to share more than you want to, and no need to relive the past.
Many people feel understood before they feel changed — and that’s usually when things start to shift.

If something here feels familiar
You don’t need to know exactly what the issue is or what you want to change.
You’re welcome to start with a free initial conversation — a calm conversation to see whether this way of working feels right.
