When we are born, we are free of experience and thought. As we grow life happens to us and we store all our life experiences, often deep in our minds. Some of our experiences and thoughts can be detrimental to us and can lead us away from the person we want to be, should be – our authentic self.

I also help those who have pain or restrictive movement. Using various physical techniques, I can help you free yourself from pain and help you move more easily. I also offer wellbeing therapies to help you physically ease stress, tension and feel more relaxed.
