It’s to understand what’s happening in your system,
and help the right part of you update – at a pace that feels manageable.
You stay fully aware and involved throughout.
How this works
At some point, your system learned a way to respond –
to cope, protect, or get you through something.
It made sense at the time.
But if that response is still running now, it can show up as:
- habits you can’t seem to stop
- anxiety or overthinking
- reactions that take over in the moment
We work directly with the part of you running that pattern –
so it can update, rather than be managed or fought.
Trance option (quiet reassurance)
I mainly work in a way where you stay fully aware and involved throughout.
The results are the same as traditional hypnosis –
just without needing to switch off or go into a deep trance.
Sometimes, we may use trance if it feels useful or appropriate – but it’s not required for change to happen.
