No, You can share as much or as little as you choose.

Your subconscious mind already holds the information we need, and that’s the part we work with.

There’s no requirement to relive events or go into detail about things you’d rather not discuss.

No. Never.

I mainly work using non-trance hypnotherapy, which means you stay fully present, aware and involved throughout.

If trance hypnotherapy is preferred, or if we both feel it would be helpful, that can also be used. 

Either way, your subconscious mind will only change if it agrees the update is right for you.
I can’t make you do anything you don’t want to do.

That’s very common — and absolutely fine.
You don’t need a clear explanation or the right words.


We simply look at:
the pattern, automatic behaviour or habit that’s currently running, and

what you would prefer to be happening instead

From there, we work with the part of your mind that’s still running the old programme and help it update.

The Free Initial Conversation is a short, informal conversation.


It gives us space to:
talk briefly about what’s been happening for you

answer any initial questions

see whether this way of working might be helpful

There’s no therapy or change work done at this stage, and no obligation to continue.

If the initial conversation we had felt right, the next step is a free consultation session, lasting approximately one hour.


During the consultation:
I’ll ask some questions to help me understand how your system has been responding

I’ll explain, in everyday language, how the mind works and how this type of change happens

We’ll look at the structure of the work, so you know exactly what it involves

You don’t need to tell me everything — or even anything you’re not comfortable sharing.

Many people find that around three sessions is enough to update the pattern they came in with.


As a general guide:
the first session is usually within 7–10 days of the consultation

the second session follows a similar timeframe

the third session is often 2–3 weeks later, to allow integration

Timeframes are not fixed.

The work is always tailored, and we go at the pace your system is ready for.

I work mainly via Zoom, which is an excellent way to do this work.

I also see people in person locally, and I work with clients overseas, including Australia. Working on-line connects me with anyone, anywhere in the world.


That’s completely fine.


Both the initial conversation and the consultation are free.


If you decide not to go ahead, it will have cost you nothing but your time.
And if it’s not the right moment now, the door is always open if you ever want to return to it.


Yes. Many people come to this work after other professional support hasn’t quite shifted the pattern.


Most approaches work at the conscious level — understanding and strategies.
This work happens at the subconscious level, where automatic responses are actually run and updated.


For that reason, once we begin working together, I ask that you don’t engage in other professional change work at the same time, so your system isn’t receiving mixed messages.


You don’t need to be certain, ready or clear about everything before starting.
The process is designed to be calm, supportive and collaborative — with plenty of space for you to decide what feels right.
