WAYS I CAN HELP
When automatic patterns are still running, even though life has moved on, people come to see me for many different reasons.
Some understand exactly what’s been happening but can’t seem to shift it. Others simply know that something keeps repeating — emotionally, physically or behaviourally — without fully understanding why.
You don’t need insight, a clear explanation or the right words.
We work with what your system is doing now.

Areas people often recognise themselves in
Anxiety, stress & sleep disruption
Ongoing worry, a nervous system that won’t switch off, difficulty falling or staying asleep, and feeling on edge even when life looks “fine”.
Habits & automatic coping behaviours
Patterns around food, alcohol, scrolling, overworking or other behaviours that once helped you cope but no longer fit your life now.
Confidence, self-worth & self-sabotage
Second-guessing yourself, people-pleasing, fear of being seen, or holding yourself back despite knowing better.
Physical symptoms linked to stress or past experiences
Pain, tension, fatigue or other physical responses that persist after everything has been checked and “should” be fine.
Menopause: More than symptoms
For many women, menopause is the point where emotional tolerance drops, reactions feel unfamiliar and long-standing coping strategies stop working. This work focuses on the emotional and nervous-system side — not medical advice.
How I work with this
We work with the relevant part of your subconscious mind and help it update its instructions.
You stay fully present, involved and in control throughout.
There’s no need to relive the past or explain everything in detail.

Reassurance
You don’t need to know which category you fit into — and many people don’t.
We simply notice the pattern that’s running and help the relevant part of your system update in a way that feels safe and relevant.
